Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax services at a local TurboTax site across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, advise on tax planning, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address each client’s full financial picture. You’ll grow your local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 local time, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local growth driver, building a new client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via Intuit tools.
• Participate in local events to raise brand awareness and client engagement.
