Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while expanding the local client base and coordinating with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses.

The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, community engagement, and a commitment to high-quality service during all tax seasons.

Qualifications

• Active EA certification or CPA license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into other service types with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
