Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax offices in the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for individual and small business clients.

In addition to tax work, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and engage with prospects through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and clear tax guidance.
