Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving both in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, build local relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with other Intuit specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.
