Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer education to help clients navigate personal and small business tax needs.

You’ll work with a team of tax professionals, provide hands-on preparation and advisory services, and grow local client bases through outreach and events, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with clear client communication.
• Offer exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
