Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for on-site and virtual clients, integrating with a broader team of specialists.

This role emphasizes building local relationships, driving client loyalty, and delivering end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit; must be onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base; engage with the community and drive referrals.
• Coordinate with internal tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
