Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll help clients with personal and business tax needs, while growing a local client base and connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client relationships, and a shared commitment to delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with full Intuit ecosystem of solutions and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and year-round support.
