Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and business returns using professional software.
• Ability to identify deductions and plan ahead for tax years.
• Strong communication to explain tax concepts to clients.
• Willingness to grow into broader advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
