Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in Minnesota. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem for ongoing financial services.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end, personalized solutions. The role emphasizes community engagement, training, and flexible hours during tax season.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and community events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax client experience in collaboration with specialists.
