Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Minnesota.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the full breadth of Intuit services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings. Responsibilities include community outreach, building local client relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through both in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and end-to-end Intuit service.
• Maintain on-site presence and participate in required training and development.
