Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in Minnesota. You’ll serve clients in-person and virtually, coordinate with a team of specialists, and grow the local client base through grassroots outreach and partnerships.

You’ll help clients navigate personal and business tax needs, upsell related services, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Must have PTIN and be able to file taxes legally.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00 local time; minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and year-round support across in-person and virtual meetings.
