Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Minnesota, delivering personal and business tax services and guiding clients through their complete financial picture.

You will collaborate with a broad team of specialists, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit tools to provide year-round support and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/attorney credentials and active PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in clear everyday language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for holistic solutions.
• Grow local client base through outreach and marketing tools from TurboTax.
