Intuit Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services. You will help individuals and business clients navigate complex tax scenarios while expanding your local client base in Minnesota and beyond.

The role emphasizes hands-on collaboration with specialists, ongoing training, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience to empower clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

Must hold EA, CPA, or attorney designation with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
