Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax offices, providing full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with tax pros, bookkeepers, and planners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience. You will engage with local communities, build relationships, and leverage Intuit tools to help clients optimize refunds and plan for the future.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base by outreach, events, and partnerships, building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, advisory services).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual tools, guiding clients year-round.
