Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with bookkeeping and advisory services, while growing the local client base.

You’ll collaborate with tax professionals, participate in community events, and help deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filings using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships to build a client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via virtual tools.
