Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri; hours may scale during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
