Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, assist clients, and collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end service.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and engage with the community, using marketing tools and resources to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
