Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role provides full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, both in-person and virtually, helping customers navigate complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the United States and be eligible to obtain state licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Build local client relationships and grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience in-person and via virtual tools.
