Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in-person, building long-term client relationships.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local marketing collaboration, and a strong understanding of tax law to help clients optimize refunds and plan for the future.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language for everyday customers
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base
• Represent TurboTax as a proactive community ambassador in local events
