Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice for in-person customers, leveraging tax software and CRM tools to deliver personalized solutions.

You’ll engage with the local community, attract new clients, and grow a local TurboTax client base through direct outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
