Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving community engagement.

This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence. You will lead local marketing efforts, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax tools to empower customers in a friendly, approachable manner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Drive customer loyalty and grow client base through local marketing and referrals.
• Utilize TurboTax resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
