Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and grow client relationships within the local community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, up-to-date tax knowledge, and strong customer interactions to drive loyalty and referrals while leveraging Intuit’s marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax expert, representing the brand in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Assist clients with tax planning, deductions, amendments, and software support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
