Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice, and support clients in a live retail environment while growing the local customer base.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and driving customer loyalty, with a focus on delivering accurate tax solutions and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and support long-term client relationships.
