Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney licenses are preferred, with PTIN and state certifications required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by communicating clearly and building trust with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally by engaging with the community and leveraging marketing resources.
