Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands‑on tax advice and complete returns at a local TurboTax office. You will serve clients in person and virtually, linking them to Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to support year‑round prosperity.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Onsite hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and compliance training are required.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to prepare federal and state returns with strong tax knowledge.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Ability to advise on personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete training and comply with company requirements.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and represent Intuit publicly.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with additional Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience with in-person and virtual interactions.

Enrolled Agent or CPA or Attorney

PTIN active

3+ years tax prep experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Upskill across services
