Role emphasizes community engagement, local events, and a client-first approach. Onsite hours typically 8 AM–5 PM with flexible weekly hours, plus training and Uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal and state 1040 returns filed per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community activities.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients through tax planning and life events.
