Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax returns, client advisory, and hands-on support, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. You will grow the local client base, develop relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual meetings, while adhering to training, uniforms, and on-site

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Onsite role with a minimum of 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
