Intuit, Inc. seeks energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work with a team of tax professionals, helping clients understand complex financial situations and leveraging Intuit resources for end-to-end support. Role emphasizes local community engagement, referrals, and collaborative care with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office during standard hours.
• Must wear provided uniform and participate in advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end service and client outcomes.
