Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at dedicated TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will serve clients face-to-face and virtually, handling a broad range of tax scenarios, from straightforward to complex, and will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end support. You will grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ returns per season
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours per week
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll or advisory services

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)
• Build relationships to turn single transactions into ongoing client partnerships
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via tools
