Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serving clients in person and virtually. You will connect clients with Intuit specialists to deliver a complete financial picture and year‑round support in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and uniform usage; may be featured in marketing.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Undertake discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future planning advice.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain professional, empathetic client interactions.
