Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support while building relationships in the local community.

Expect growth opportunities within the Intuit ecosystem and a focus on end-to-end client experiences. You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists, and leverage marketing resources to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into related services with training.
• Must work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and trust to convert one-time transactions to long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
