Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service tax return preparation at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to support clients from discovery through to end‑to‑end service, while building a local client base and deep understanding of each client’s financial picture. You will work onsite, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a seamless TurboTax experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business; training requirements may change.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; leverage marketing tools and resources to build community presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on client financial goals.
