Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while building a local client base and collaborating with a full team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will engage with community partners, host events, and leverage marketing tools to grow your practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials and tax expertise
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types
• Onsite at TurboTax office Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 for 20+ hrs/week
• Must complete training and compliance requirements
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and support advertising
• Willingness to build a local/online presence and branding
• Interest in community outreach and events
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead local growth by identifying prospects and organizing community events with marketing support.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and guidance.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and grow the local customer base.
