Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at local TurboTax locations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and community-focused growth.

Role emphasizes client relationship building, onsite presence, and leveraging Intuit's ecosystem to offer additional services such as bookkeeping and payroll while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• - EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• - Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• - 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• - Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/tax advisory with training.
• - Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• - Must reside in the United States.
• - English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• - Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• - Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• - Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• - Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
