Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will act as a community ambassador, attract new clients, and collaborate with specialists to offer full-service tax and financial support. The role emphasizes customer-focused service and year-round engagement in local markets.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum; standard hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local client growth as a community ambassador and build a local customer base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver year-round support across services.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience through professional conduct and clear communication.
