Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. The role emphasizes personalized service, ongoing training, and cross-selling Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while fostering

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from basic to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
