Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, advantageous tax planning, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with company training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours; hours may scale during tax season.
• Willingness to complete training and development as required by the business; training may include compliance, up-skilling, cross-training; additional requirements may be added.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; create tax tips/content for the community.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
