Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team in an on-site role at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return prep, expert advice, and software support, while guiding clients through a complete financial picture and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business taxes, deductions, and year-round planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and cross-sell services to enhance client outcomes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video communications.
