Job summary

Intuit in the United States seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax office. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building trust and delivering end-to-end tax solutions with the support of a network of specialists.

You’ll grow the local client base, organize community events, and connect clients to Intuit's ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients with personal and business income.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.
