Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will work with both in-person and virtual clients, providing personalized tax guidance and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will grow the local customer base, engage with the community, and coordinate with a broader team to offer comprehensive services, including bookkeeping and payroll as needed.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Training and uniform requirements will be provided by Intuit.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver a great customer experience and assist clients in navigating tax challenges.
