Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving in-person and virtual clients while growing the local TurboTax client base and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will work onsite, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and support complex tax scenarios including business income, investments, and amendments.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
