Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will handle in-person tax preparation, provide tax insight, and empower customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while growing your local client base. You will engage with the community, build long-term relationships, and leverage marketing support to grow a thriving tax practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers across simple to complex returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-store and via TurboTax tools.
