Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver personalized tax solutions using TurboTax tools, while maintaining a high standard of customer service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to build local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
