Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their taxes.

You’ll grow TurboTax’s client base locally, attract new clients, and drive loyalty through community engagement. This role is on-site and part of a collaborative team of financial experts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Comfort working onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week including weekend.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a public face in the community.
• Nurture leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for customers.
