Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You’ll deliver full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trust and long-term relationships in your community. You’ll work onsite, represent TurboTax locally, and help grow the client base through proactive outreach, education, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certs.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a retail setting.
