Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation, serving in-person and virtual clients to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. As a local community ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, collaborate with specialists, and help clients with personal and business taxes while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; privacy and advertising guidelines apply.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content for the community.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Support local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships to attract clients.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools and channels.
