Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, delivering accurate tax solutions and guiding them through complex scenarios with confidence.

You will grow the local client base, partner with a team of specialists, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning resources—not a hand-off, but a joined, end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience through cross-team collaboration.
• Offer best-in-class customer service and personalized planning guidance.
