Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and grow the local client base through community engagement.

Applicants should hold an active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax experience, PTIN, and willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week onsite. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior tax advisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week; weekends included.
• Willing to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; English/Spanish skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and drive client growth.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers using TurboTax products.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
