Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, becoming a trusted advisor to customers and helping grow the local client base.

Ideal candidates hold active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), are comfortable with 20 hours per week onsite, and can engage with the community to drive prosperous outcomes for clients and Intuit alike.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ federal/state returns per season).
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week, including Sundays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
