Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will prepare taxes, offer expert advice, and support clients in person at a TurboTax location, while coordinating with specialists for complex needs.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end-to-end service. Excellent communication and a client-first mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience (30+ returns per season).
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week with training provided.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s tools.
